First of all a Happy New Year from us Cologne and Bonn folks to you all!
Thanks for your great analysis work and of course your continued coverage of openQRM in the right context. Just to let you know: A couple of days ago, Matt Rechenburg released the new openQRM version 4.6, sporting a streamlined web interface, useability enhancements and important new management features (like local deployment for Xen and KVM VMs, transparent migration from/to Amazon EC2 and Windows/Solaris support, to name a few).
Maybe this is worth noticing. The full press release is at http://www.openqrm-enterprise.com/about-openqrm/release-notes.html.
Have a good start in 2010 & all the best
Chris Moeller and the openQRM Team
Thanks for the note. Congratulations on the new release.
Dear 451 Group,
I own a small web design firm and we have recently changed our business model (we are still in the setup phase of the change). We are offering a more content-oriented approach to our web business. We want to offer a number of unique voices on our website, including our own analysis on things.
In short, I am writing you today to ask permission to re-print at least one of your articles that you have, or will post on your website, per any given month. No more than one article (from your website) will be posted on our website in one month’s time. In exchange, we will do the following:
* Each article will have a link back to the original article on your website. At the bottom of the post, we will say that the work was “Used by permission”, and we will store the response to this e-mail. We have NOT, and will NEVER take credit for your work.
* We will add a link into our contributors section to your main site.
* Periodically, we will write about a subject and provide links back to your website. In other words, we want to open a ‘content relationship’ with you.
Well, I hope you say yes. I am looking forward to your response.
Regards,
–
