GroundWork raises $12.5m in new funding round
Raven Zachary, February 6, 2007 @ 1:34 pm ETGroundWork Open Source, an open source systems and network management company, announced today that it has secured $12.5m in its Series C funding round (press release). The round includes new investors JAFCO Ventures and SAP Ventures, with participation from existing GroundWork investors, Canaan Partners and Mayfield Fund. This follows a Series B funding round of $8.5m in March 2005 and a Series A funding round of $3m in May 2004.
