Jay - as I am exiting the store (be it Apple or AT&T) with an iPhone in-hand on June 29th, after standing in line for a few hours, I will make an effort to view the final draft GPLv3 on my shiny, new device. However, I am not entirely convinced that the final draft of the GPLv3 will be out on the 29th. There's still a lot of discussion going on regarding the last call draft. A time extension might help the situation.
