Where’s the open source in collaboration?

We all know that collaboration is a big part of open source software, but how significant is open source for collaboration and other technologies highlighted at Enterprise 2.0? The 451′s expert collaborative team recently collaborated at the conference, and our own Kathleen Reidy offers some perspective over at the Too Much Information blog. While it seems there may have been some searching for open source software representation at the show, Kathleen collaborates with some industry folks to explain why open source is still a big part of social software, now and going forward.
